I have been CD'ing for about 4 months or so, and I was starting to have problems with them holding onto that horrible ammoinia smell. I tried three different types of laundry detergent and NONE of them seem to work, not to mention some of them gave L's butt a bad rash. So back to the drawing board.
I came across Rockin' Green on one of the CD pages I have "liked" on FB. I had to try it out, since everyone was raving about it. I ordered 5 of their different samples, and anxiously awaited their arrival. When I got them I was soo excited to try it out! (I know, I know, who gets excited about laundry detergent!) And guess what?! It worked! I mean it worked wonderfully! They didn't smell anymore and they were whiter then they had been in a long time! So I figured I would try it on my other clothes, and it did the same! I can honestly say my whites were whiter then they had been in a while (I don't use bleach) and my colors looked better too!
I haven't been this excited about a natural product in a long time! AND I only have to use two TBS per load. (1 if you have a front loader). Now I do miss the smell of my Tide, but this is a product that's all natural, doesn't cause my skin or my hubby's skin to break out, and gets our clothes sooo much cleaner!

I might have to try that out...that's really interesting. :)
I will say I put them on soak cycle before they wash, I haven't tried it any other way. If you have well water then you need the Hard Rock Formula. If you use regular city water then the classic rock, and if you have a water softener, then soft rock.
