So this week I rearranged everything so that I wouldn't be going anywhere so I could concentrate entirely on potty training X. Infant potty training is a breeze compared to this.
Day one. Not so bad, only went through about 5 pairs of undies in the morning, and went potty all afternoon in the potty even told me he had to go poop.
Day 2, started a bit rough, told him that if he potty trained we would go to Red Robin in 3 weeks, marked it on the calender and he was all excited. Couldn't keep him away from the potty. He was in there every 5 minutes squeezing out every little drop of pee.
Day three. All underwear are dirty. Floor is dirty, kitchen chair is dirty, house smells like pee, so does mommy. Peeing every 30 minutes is failing. Pooped in his underwear, didn't care. Peed in his underwear, didn't care.
We haven't made it to day 4 yet. Its not that he isn't interested, he is. It's just that he would much rather pee on himself. It's more convenient, he doesn't have to stop his play, just pees and keeps going. But I am going to see this through.
So if you notice a certain odor coming from me, please don't say anything. I am aware I smell like urine.
